The challenges facing the construction and real estate industry in the coming years are considerable. The renovation rate must increase in order to achieve the 2040 climate targets. The significant inflation rate, stricter lending guidelines, lack of reserves, a complex subsidy landscape, and the existing Austrian tenancy law currently do not motivate developers, building owners, and property managers to invest in building renovation and energy efficiency measures. <\/p>\n

This is where our EU-Life project RENOINVEST<\/strong> comes in!<\/p>\n

The day after, on 18.04.2024, the first international round table for RENOINVEST will take place at the MEGRA construction fair<\/a> in Gornja Radgona (Slovenia)
.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

At this first hybrid, transnational exchange between experts and stakeholders from Slovenia, Hungary and Austria, obstacles as well as supportive conditions for the financing of sustainable renovations will be highlighted in keynote speeches and then explored in greater depth in panel and group discussions. Those interested can participate in a study visit to a flagship renovation project in the immediate vicinity afterward.<\/p>\n
