As an introduction to the topic of serial renovation and as a pre-event to the exhibition at Impact Days (October 23-24 in Hallein), a webinar will be held on September 20. This webinar will provide Austrian property managers and interested parties with exclusive insights into serial renovation.

Serial renovation is an energy-efficient building renovation where all processes are standardized and digitized. The renovation elements are pre-fabricated modularly off-site, such as insulated facades, (PV) roofs, and building technology modules. The high degree of prefabrication significantly reduces on-site assembly efforts compared to traditional renovation methods. Additionally, a comprehensive renovation can be carried out while the building remains occupied!

In our webinar, in addition to covering the basics of serial renovation and successful case studies, there will be valuable exchanges of experience with implementers from Germany. Participants can look forward to in-depth insights and practical information that will enhance their understanding and implementation of serial renovation projects.
