RENOWAVE.AT is currently developing a process together with partners on how neighbourhoods can become climate neutral in the future. After a detailed inventory of the buildings and the energy supply, various structural and energy solutions are calculated to show how climate-neutral renovation can succeed in the future. These scenarios are modelled using simulation tools and the results serve as the basis for decision-making. They show both the climate targets and the economic calculations. In this way, showcase neighbourhoods are created that are implemented cost-effectively over the life cycle – with the least possible burden for the residents.
