RENOWAVE.AT demands clear results in the financial equalization negotiations.

Vienna, 21. March 2023. The upcoming negotiations on financial equalization between the federal government, states and municipalities are of particular importance for climate protection.. RENOWAVE. AT, the innovation laboratory for climate-neutral renovation of buildings and districts, is therefore calling on the financial compensation negotiators to put the right measures in place to achieve a successful heat transition.. Essentially, they want better coordination between the federal government and the states, jointimplementation of the ‘Renewable Heat Act’, further development and earmarking of the housing subsidy contribution, and more support for municipalities in decarbonizing their building stock.
