Smart Dag - Smart and climate-neutral refurbishment of the Dag Hammarskjöld estate:
The Smart Dag project is investigating how the Dag Hammarskjöld estate in Waidmannsdorf can be renovated. All the basic information required for the architectural competition will be collected in an initial phase so that an implementation concept can then be developed together with the local residents. The state of Carinthia is involved in the project as an observer with the housing subsidy office.
Smart Dag is thus making a contribution to Klagenfurt’s efforts to become climate-neutral by 2030. The results of the study can also be applied to other renovation projects in Klagenfurt.
